We worked on matchbox blues, which is one of the songs in the blues materials. Matchbox blues uses a shuffle out of a power chord. A power chord uses a 1-5-1 combination, and then alternate a flatted 7th with the power chord to get a great-sounding shuffle. This can be done with all chords in the matchbox blues.
