This week we continued working on Minor Swing. This is a 1-4-5 progression that uses arpeggios. The Dm arpeggio is 1-3b-5, same for the Gm arpeggio, but the A7 arpeggio is 1-3-5 (no flatted third).
We practiced an intro to minor swing that uses the 1-4-5 chords in tremolo style, with a gradual fade-out of the A7 tremolo that leads into the actual song.
Assignment is to figure out how to play the lead to minor swing in two different position on the neck of your instrument.
