TOPIC: last night's class

I thought last night's class was one of the best we've ever had. To me there was a great feeling of connectedness between everyone. I loved playing before the start of class; a great way to warm up.
I thought the end, after all the groups played, and we kind of had a musical round robin was lots of fun and gave some of us the opportunity to more or less just "jump in"...a new experience for me at least.....I thought it was fun and everyone seemed to enjoy it. It was something new and different.

Great class and it was well worth sitting through Dave's lecture.....Kudos to your teaching, Dave.

yeah, that was unique. i like that, kinda forces me to "step up" and learn other tunes i haven't practiced. takes me out of my comfort zone to have to just jump in wherever.
I like how the parking lot jam morphed into a class jam. Gives me a chance to see if i can hang with an experienced player. at a higher speed on a song that i really didn't practice.
