Show up early for class

I guess this is a sister topic to the Parking Lot Jam topic..But....last week I got to class earlier than I have ever been able to....and it was great!
Dave was cranking on the Banjo...and everybody else was playing the melody.
Dave was calling out the chords...everybody sounded awsome. If that happens every week (which I assume it does and I just didn't know it), we would all be doing ourselves a favor to show up early.
