Zydeco is Cajun music from south Louisiana!

You are the Tigerpaws of all knowing;) sounds like some serious "git-down" playn!

Fun to listen to and fun to dance to also....Broward County used to have a Zydeco Festival around March when I lived there 10 years ago....don't know if they still have it! However if you are ever in South Louisiana, (Lafayette, New Iberia area....) you need to catch a Zydeco band.....they are "an experience" and a lot of the songs are sung in "cajun" (broken-French )

There are no mountians in Zydeco country (except maybe the land fill). What I ment was Zydeco and /or mountian music, it's all good.

Tigerpaws and others - Don't forget Mulatte's in Breau Bridge, La (excuse the spelling!)for some great food and fantastic music (Zydeco and Cajun). By the way, I'm presently trying to master the "bones" which should take me several decades! Include me in with the "washboard" and "kazoo" players.
