I have been looking into getting a travel banjo. The tranjo express ($350) looks interesting. Fits in the carry-on bag. Looks kinda weird. The regular tranjo is a bit too pricey at $750.
I wonder if you could cut up a cheaper banjo to bolt together?

Hey Buzzart - are you going to be a banjo player or a carpenter?

What's the difference between a banjo and an onion?

FYI, I have a Tranjo 8.0 It's pretty nice for what it is. The issue with the ne Tranjo Express seems to be the exposed tuners and thinner sound.

You can go to Tranjo.com to hear a comparison.

Everyone knows that you cry when you cut up onions but not when you cut up a banjo. Another cruel banjo joke.
