What was the instrument from India..
kinda like drumsticks on a stringed thing..any clue?

It looked like a hammer dulcimer, so it was probably a Santoor (sp)or something like that, which is an Indian dulcimer. We got to hear an expert hammer dulcimer player when we were in Ireland last year, in his shop. I even got to try to play the thing. Beautiful instrument and a gorgeous tone (when he played it). I bought one of his CD's I liked it so much. There is also another type of dulcimer that looks like a small travel guitar with four strings. Not played with hammers.

PS check out "Redemption Song" and "Groove in G" by the same folks. Fantastic!! "Dock of the Bay" is pretty cool too.
