We were just in Lisdoonvarna. We stayed in nearby Doolin for three days and passed through Lisdoonvarna a few times. Great area. Lots of great music.

I think I've heard the Dubliners do a cover on this song. It's amazing! Irish and celtic tunes are my favorite to play on the mandolin. Do you know where I would be able to find a tab for this? I think you would enjoy this battle march medley via youtube by the Pogues. You wont here much of the mandolin until about 2 minutes into it but its soo beautiful when it finally comes in!
