I have a book with the title Music Theory made Simple. Not exactly an accurate title. I still struggle with theory, and know that somewhere, someday, somehow it will probably just "click". I would love to hear what learning theory has been like for others. What frustrations, and what triumphs you have had. Any valueable advice?

Liesliek, for me some of the theory has clicked after many, many, many times of hearing it from Fretmentor.... but to me, "theory/easy" is an "oxymoron" .

Things that I have been hearing for years from Fret Boy do have the most random times of showing up in my mind and actually "clicking".
Kind of cool when that happens because theory does make sense and I can actually see the day when I will be able to make it work for me.

I do have moments of clarity. Now if I could string them all together....... I will be away from class for several weeks. I will miss it so much. I will be posting to stay in touch for sure, and reading my books and practicing whenever I can.
