loved Hootchie Coochie Man - and watching 2 pros pick & play.
The neat thing about blues - is that you can wander around the tune - for example when Buddy Guy bends his strings and plays away!! awesome!

In case you missed him in his short life, he was probably the best blues guitarist ever. Here is part 1 of a brief documentary about him. The rest of the parts are on there too.

I've been a huge fan of Mike Bloomfield since I was a teenager. That was a LONG time ago!!! He played on some well known recordings, too including some classic Dylan tunes.

The Byrds. One of the best US bands. I saw this same lineup do a similar show a few months after this show which was in September of 1970. I saw them in March of 1971 in the NY area.

They had morphed into more of a jam band...that's the great country guitar legend Clarence White on second guitar.

Most rock and blues fans have HEARD the Allman Brothers Live at the Fillmore East.
How many have SEEN it? This is a first for me.
