Anytime I have to go on business travel I really miss not being able to play a guitar or banjo. It's the 1st thing I do when I get up and the last thing I do before going to sleep. So, I built the little instrument in the attached picture. Not much on craftsmanship but it can tuned and picked and thats all I need to avoid the" not moving my fingers withdrawl". It fits inside a briefcase and travels nice. It's going on it's 2nd trip this week.

its not mohogany, not sure of the wood type, I'd say pine but Im not sure. I stained it to give it color
