When you started on this path towards learning an instrument, you may not have realized that you also committed to studying a musical alphabet and language.  Some of you may have started your musical education early in you life, whether it was playing a trumpet or flute in the junior high school band. Fret Mentor Launched

 

FretMentor was launched in early 2008 as an instructional site for banjo, guitar and the mandolin.  While I am pleased with the progress made to day, there is much work to be done. Please take the time to view the various instructional studios.

Currently, we are in the process of building this site into a special instructional forum which will address your instructional needs.  Public User IDs are now available for the forum.  In the near future, a paid membership feature will be introduced with member only content and benefits.
